Your cleaning will take longer if you have to tell our specialists to clean in a different sequence or to start with a different location. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND LOCKOUT POLICY
- Rescheduled or cancelled appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance by phone or message. You will receive your refund right away if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice and don't reschedule your cleaning within a week. With sufficient warning, we can guarantee our employees' complete work schedules and arrange for another residence in your place.
- Emergencies and/or diseases may qualify for an exception. Cancellations made often could still result in the cancellation fee being applied, even in cases of illness or emergency. ClnMan maintains the right, on an individual basis, to determine these things.
- If cancellation or rescheduling causes more than 3 weeks to elapse between cleanings, the next cleaning will be charged at our current hourly rate.
- Our cleaning hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm. If for any circumstance our staff is SENT AWAY or LOCKED OUT from your home between these hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your typical cleaning rate. We will make every effort to work within the time frame you requested, but ask not to be sent away during our working hours.
- We will do everything in our power to reschedule as close to your regularly scheduled cleaning date as feasible for any schedule modifications that the firm initiates because of holidays or inclement weather.
BREAKAGE AND DAMAGE POLICY
- You agree to keep blameless and/or relieve ClnMan and/or any of its employees from liability for any damage or breakage to any object or component if you are required to dust, clean, or use your equipment (such as a vacuum).
- Although we will take every precaution to ensure that nothing breaks, mishaps do occur. When it comes to replacement or repair, we are protected by limited liability. A similar replacement will be tried, but it cannot be certain. We don't accept cleaning orders for emotional or priceless goods because of this.

When you sign a service agreement with ClnMan, you pledge not to approach any employee that ClnMan has brought to you for employment for bathroom cleaning work. We invest a great deal of time, money, and resources in recruiting, interviewing, background-checking, and training our cleaners. Upon hiring, every restroom cleaning specialist executes a contract that prohibits them from doing any home-related task for any of our previous or current clients.
